The TS3021HIYLT is an Analog Comparator designed by STMicroelectronics. It features Rail-to-rail input, wide supply voltage ranges of 1.6V to 5V and a PECL-compatible output. It offers high-speed operation – 1.8V @ 500kHz, and a 150°C extended temperature range. The TS3021HIYLT provides a wide range of protection features such as overvoltage, short-circuit and latch-up protection, as well as UVLO (Under Voltage Lockout). It also integrates a hysteresis-adjustable window comparator input stage, allowing faster switching with low noise and low power consumption. Furthermore, this Analog Comparator comes with a built-in Schmitt trigger effect and current steering in the output stage, allowing precise control of signal level.
