The TS431AILT is an integrated low-power voltage supervisor circuit from STMicroelectronics. It features a precise reset threshold voltage with extra hysteresis and a five-volt disable input terminal. It is designed to monitor the input voltage and generate a reset signal if the voltage drops below a predetermined threshold. This component is useful for applications such as microcontrollers, memories, logic, and embedded systems. Additionally, it can also be used to provide protection against over- and under-voltage conditions. The device is available in SOIC package with a temperature range of -40 to +85°C.
