The TSC214ICT is a pair of low and high side bidirectional, zero-drift, current-sense amplifiers manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The amplifiers feature a precision accuracy of ±5mA up to 2A, and offers over-current and short-circuit protection. The amplifiers also feature temperature compensation and temperature-based overcurrent protection, low-voltage protection, and open-drain outputs for monitoring load current or for a fault-latch alarm. This highly integrated circuit also includes a power detection output with hysteresis and an integrated level shifter for supply voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, industrial, healthcare, consumer electronics, and other applications.
