Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2001D1013TR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array from STMicroelectronics. The array consists of seven independent, high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistors. It has a common-cathode for all the seven Darlington pairs. Each channel of the Darlington transistor array is rated with an output current of 500mA and an output voltage of 50V, making this IC suitable for driving relays and other high-current applications. The ULN2001D1013TR can be used in applications where microcontroller outputs are not able to handle high current loads.
