It is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to Overvoltage clamp ground. Thermal shutdown Active V pin voltage clamp protects the device Current limitation CC against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Very low standby power consumption compatibility table). This device integrates an Protection against loss of ground and loss of analog current sense which delivers a current V proportional to the load current (according to a CC known ratio).
