SO-16 ECOPACK: lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC Guidelines Description Very low standby current The VND810P-E is a monolithic device designed CMOS compatible input in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load On-state open-load detection with one side connected to ground. Off-state open-load detection Active V pin voltage clamp protects the device Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis CC against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Undervoltage shutdown compatibility table). Overvoltage clamp Active current limitation combined with thermal Output stuck to V detection CC shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against overload. Load current limitation Reverse battery protection The device detects open-load condition both in on-state and off-state. Output shorted to V is Electrostatic discharge protection CC detected in the off-state. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection. Table 1.
