S1DL Taiwan Semiconductor

Taiwan Semiconductor S1DL is a wafer level solution for advanced logic integration. It allows customers to integrate advanced logic functions into a standard CMOS process. The S1DL process combines a standard logic process with a self-aligned device which simplifies the design and cost of producing integrated logic products.
