The LMD18245T/NOPB with Motor / Motion / Ignition Controllers & Drivers H-Bridge Motor Driver W/ Pwm is a highly-integrated motor-control solution from Texas Instruments with low-side and high-side power MOSFET and CVD transistors. Designed for high-torque, high-efficiency, high-speed motor control applications, the device contains a triple-half-bridge driver and includes a wide range of integrated features and diagnostic capabilities to control a 3-Phase brushless DC motor. It has features such as slow and fast current-decay modes, braking, current-loop control, and automatic detection of overcurrent conditions. Furthermore, it is capable of operating from 8-bit PWM inputs or an analog input. It is designed to be used with many types of microcontrollers, and is available in 14-pin SOIC package.
