Additional Infomation About Product

The SG3524N part is a voltage-mode pulse width modulation (PWM) controller, capable of producing stepping motor or other high-power control signals up to 500V at 12A. It features toggle flip-flop outputs with complementary outputs for single and two-phase drive applications. The PWM frequency and pulse width are adjusted with two external resistor networks. The SG3524N is manufactured by Texas Instruments and offers synchronizing capability to an external oscillator, adjustable frequency, analog voltage control of PWM operation, programmable deadband and line-lock synchronization. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
