The TL331BQDBVRQ1 is an Analog Comparators Automotive grade, 36-V, single comparator manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a low power consumption of 1.3 mA typical, wide operating voltage range from 2 V to 36 V, fast response time of 10 ns typical, and can operate in temperature ranges from -40 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. It features low offset voltage of 0.6 mV maximum, an input bias current of 2 nA, and an output voltage of 36 V. It is protected against ESD of up to 4 kV. The supply voltage can be up to 18 V and the output is capable of driving up to 10 mA. It also features an open drain output structure for maximum flexibility, and the low offset voltage and low input bias current provide excellent accuracy.
