TLV3604DCKT Texas Instruments

The TLV3604DCKT is an integrated circuit (IC) designed and manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI). It is an analog comparator 800-ps high-speed rail-rail input comparator with LVDS outputs 6-SC70 -40 to 125. It has two low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) outputs to send a digital signal with a high-speed rate of up to 800 ps (1 picosecond = 10-12 seconds). The TLV3604DCKT has rail-to-rail differential inputs that are able to accept input levels up to the voltage rails. This ensures more accurate results than fixed voltage logic levels. Its small form factor of 6-SC70 makes it ideal for applications such as process and temperature control, signal integrity tuning, and surveillance and monitoring systems. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and is specifically designed to meet very stringent zero-crossing delays and jitter requirements. The U.S. version of the device is compliant with the Specifications of the RoHS Directive (UE) 2002/95/EC and RoHS 2 Directive (EU) 2015/863.
