The TPS22919DCKR is a 5.5-V, 1.5-A, 90-m load switch with adj. output discharge 6-SC70 -40 to 105 from Texas Instruments. This power switch IC includes an adjustable output discharge function that allows for low dropout performance. It also operates across a wide input voltage range of 2.5-V to 5.5-V, and able to handle up to 1.5-A continuous drain current over the -40-C to +105-C temperature range. The TPS22919DCKR also features low quiescent current consumption and a fast turn-on/turn-off time for robust switching performance.
