The TPS55340RTER is a 5A, 40V wide input range DC-DC converter voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. It features a wide adjustable output voltage range and allows users to control the output voltage via I2C or SPI bus. The TPS55340RTER also supports up to 1A peak load transient current with its high-switching frequency of 4MHz and a fast line/load transient response. The part includes an enable/disable pin and monitors for current sensing and thermal protection. Furthermore, the device can work in both Step-Down and Step-Up converter modes and is housed in a WQFN-30 package.
