The TPS62085RLTR with Texas Instruments Voltage Regulators - Switching Regulators 3A SD Cnvtr w DCS-Control is a 3 Amp integrated four-switch synchronous buck dc-dc converter designed to provide up to 3A load current from a 2.375V power supply. The device includes a logic processor that implements current-mode control for fast transient response and best line and load regulation. The TPS62085RLTR includes an enable pin that can be used to put the device in a low quiescent current state when it is not active, making it ideal for battery-powered and low-power applications. On-board compensation and over-temperature protection help ensure reliable operation. The TPS62085RLTR is offered in a 20-lead, 4x4mm QFN package and is qualified for automotive applications. It is well-suited for portable and industrial system applications.
