Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS62130RGTR is a synchronous step-down DC/DC switching regulator built by Texas Instruments. It is designed to provide a 3A continuous output current from an input voltage of 3.3V to 17V. This device features an integrated 375 mO FET for a low quiescent current of 9 µA in Forced PWM Mode. It also supports up to 95% efficiency and supports PWM mode frequency of 1 MHz. Additionally, it features Thermal Shutdown and an Overtemperature Protection. The TPS62130RGTR also features a programmable soft-start and enables output voltage range of 0.6 V to Vin.
