Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS62177DQCT by Texas Instruments is an advanced, highly efficient, single-inductor, synchronous-rectified buck-boost DC/DC switching regulator. This 28-volt, 0.5-A device operates from both the buck and the boost modes of operation. It has an advanced control loop, low external component count, and high efficiency, making it ideal for power-sensitive space-conscious designs. The device also offers a wide input voltage range of 3.5 V to 28 V, as well as a low-noise 180-kHz fixed or an adjustable frequency range from 100kHz to 1.25MHz. Its operating frequency is set by a digital frequency control pin. The device also includes built-in protection features, including thermal shutdown and programmable current limit. External synchronization can also be enabled along with external compensation. The TPS62177DQCT comes in a thermally efficient, space-saving QFN package.
