Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2003AN is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The ULN2003AN is manufactured by Texas Instruments and can be used to drive relays, stepper motors, LED, or other high-voltage/high-current loads. It is designed to operate from 6V to 18V and can accept inputs from TTL and CMOS devices. The maximum load current per channel is 500mA and the power dissipation is 500mW. This part of Texas Instruments is ideal for driving difficult and high-current loads.
