Additional Infomation About Product

Corporation The 4320N24-U is a digital delay line from THAT Corporation. It is a monolithic CMOS IC that uses digital delay line technology to provide fixed delays for analog and digital signals. It is a single-in/single-out device that can provide up to 24 fixed delay settings from 0.036 to 1014.4 µs in steps of 0.036 µs. The device provides one control input to select various delay settings and one control output for monitoring the selected delay. The device includes a temperature compensation circuit, a power-on reset circuit, and an inhibit control input. It is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
