ElectronicsThe TLC-NSMD050 with PTC Resettable Fuses 1206 RoHS is a surface mount device (SMD) manufactured by TLC Electronics. This device is composed of a miniature PTC (positive temperature coefficient) resettable fuse and bidirectional protection in the form of a 4-layer stacked structure. It offers overcurrent protection, current-limiting characteristics, short-circuit protection, and more. It is a 1206 package with a rated current of 0.3A, a maximum voltage of 15V, and an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. This device is RoHS compliant and meets UL rated safety standards. It is designed for use in power distribution circuits for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications where space is at a premium. The device features an ultra-low profile so that it can fit in tight places.
