XC6135C40BMR-G Torex Semiconductor

The XC6135C40BMR-G is an ultra-low power (44nA) voltage detector with a separated sense pin manufactured by Torex Semiconductor. The device has an input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and can detect output voltages from 1.2V to 6.0V. It includes two integrated circuits, an ultra low-power voltage detector and a supervisory circuit. The supervisory circuit monitors the levels of the power supply and is reset when the input voltage falls below the trip point. This ensures that all the circuits in the system are in a safe and stable state. The voltage detector has an open drain output and can be used to indicate when the input voltage exceeds the trip point.
