It is created using a Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) process and is packaged in a SOT26 outline form factor. The IC offers power-on reset and precise voltage detections ranging from 5V to 11V, and it features a power-on reset and manual reset input with debounced manual reset output. It also provides both open drain and push-pull types of active-low reset output, as well as an active-low power-ok output signal. This part has a low power consumption of 4.5uA typically at 3V and is suitable for use on both 3V and 5V supplies.
