The TLP108 with Optocouplers SOP-5 RoHS is a miniature photocoupler device manufactured by Toshiba. This part is commonly used in applications such as data communication, receiver ICs, and ASICs for providing electrical high-speed isolation between different power domains while maintaining signal integrity. It offers a high transient immunity of up to 7 kV/µs and safety isolation of 4 kVrms. With its compact SOP-5 package, the TLP108 provides a wide common mode rejection range of 65 dB, allowing for signal transmission over longer distances. It also offers low propagation delay times of 4.2 µs and low-input current consumption of 1.4 mA. Additionally, this part features over-temperature and input transient suppression for reliable operation.
