The TLP127(TEE-TPL.F) is a small, low power, high-speed Opto-Coupler that is manufactured by Toshiba. It consists of an infrared LED and a high-speed MOSFET output IC installed in a 6pin SOP package. The device is designed to transfer electrical signals between two isolated circuits. It offers low voltage drop, low input current and features surge immunity, common-mode noise suppression, ESD protection and a high impedance output state.
