The TLP187(TPL,E(O) is an optocoupler with integrated semiconductor output isolation manufactured by Toshiba. This device is a Surface Mounted Device (SMD) with a dual isolated channel circuit configuration. Its input and output are electrically isolated from one another and the output can switch up to 150mA. The device is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a variety of applications such as motor control, lighting control, line receiver, logic isolator, and more. It is also features high vibration immunity, low current consumption, and wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C.
