The TLP785(D4BLTR6,F(C is an Optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba consisting of an LED chip and a photo transistor. It is contained in a black, 4-pin Dual In-line Package (DIP) and is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. This optocoupler ensures the electrical isolation between two sections of a circuit or system and provides a feedback loop to control/detect changes.
