Additional Infomation About Product

TPHR9003NL is a part of Toshiba Semiconductor’s TC9562RHA1 family of octal output, synchronous buck (step-down) switching regulators. The device operates at a switching frequency of 1.4 MHz and provides 8A continuous output current on each channel and up to 12A peak current with a step-down voltage conversion ratio of 3.2V to 0.6V. It features a current mode control scheme that can maintain output accuracy and fast transient response, and it has a wide input voltage range of 9V to 25V. It operates without the need of an external capacitor; however, an output filter capacitor is recommended for optimal voltage ripple performance. Additionally, TPHR9003NL has built-in protection circuits such as output over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and output short-circuit protection.
