The BC847A is a NPN surface-mount transistor manufactured by TWGMC and is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. It is available in a SOT23-3 package, making it ideal for use in applications requiring low-profile, surface-mount components. The BC847A has a maximum collector current of 100mA, and a Pc of 500mW. Its maximum collector-emitter voltage is 40V, and its maximum collector-base voltage is 45V. It also has a DC current gain of a minimum of 110, and a low saturation voltage of 250mV when Ic=50mA. The BC847A is designed to provide optimal performance in applications such as switch amplifiers, DC/DC conversion, and general-purpose switching.
