Additional Infomation About Product

The BT155K-1200TQ is a low-saturation bidirectional thyristor (LST) developed by WeEn Semiconductor. It is a 1200V/155 Amps, Trigger Sensitive Triac in a TO-220AB-3L casing. It has a minimum on-state current of 155 amperes at 70°C and a maximum peak repetitive off-state voltage of 1200V. This product features an S type gate trigger, has a low operating temperature rating of -40°C to + 125°C, and offers an E Line electrical grade classification which conforms with UL and EN approvals.
