OT409/SOT223/REELLG/ is a surface-mount, Triac optoelectronic component manufactured by WeEn Semiconductor. This Triac is designed for AC power switching applications, providing fast switching and bidirectional control of AC voltage. It is ideal for phase control AC dimmer circuits, lighting control, and home appliance motor control circuits. This product is available with VDRM of 40V and IT(RMS) of 0.8A. It has a three-layer inner structure, made of a base layer, an optically transparent layer, and a top layer. It also features a low on-resistance and low EMI. It is packaged in a SOT223-3 surface mount, RoHS compliant package. It is UL recognition approved and has a maximum operating temperature of +125°C.
