XINLUDA's XD2002 is a Darlington Transistor DIP-16 RoHS compliant electronic part. It consists of two NPN type power Darlington transistors with built-in base-emitter resistance. The XD2002 has a power dissipation of up to 500 mW and a collector-emitter voltage of up to 50 V, as well as low saturation voltage of 0.7 V at 1 A, making it an ideal device for driving inductive and capacitive loads. It is also shielded from external static electricity and strong electromagnetic fields, making it an excellent choice for low-noise circuits.
