XT25W02EDUIGT is an ultra-small DFN-6 (1.2x1.2x0.4 mm3) RoHS compliant non-volatile Flash memory device manufactured by XTX. It operates on supply voltages from 2.7V to 3.6V and offers 256 words of bytes each with 8-bit width. The device features block write protection, write protection, all-one protection and sector protection. It has an SPI and non-SPI compatible interface, supports both parallel and serial programming architectures and has a random access time of 40µs. This device supports secure sector programming, and provides hardware and software data protection and hardware password authorization.
