The XB5332A is a SOT-23-5 Battery Management IC from XySemi with lead-free, RoHS compliant construction. It is specifically designed to enable efficient protection of Li-Ion, Li-Polymer and other rechargeable battery packs. It features a built-in voltage detector, two independent over/under-voltage protection voltage detections, low battery power-off detection, and over-current protection, as well as automatic charge enable/disable and output control. The XB5332A offers over temperature protection and compensation, low power dissipation, fast charge/discharge recovery, and secure protection.
