The Yageo SMBJ28A is a surface-mount unidirectional ESD Suppressor TVS Diode with a reverse standoff voltage of 28V and a clamping voltage of 45.4V. It is designed to protect electronic components and circuitry from high-voltage transients. The DO-214AA package size is ideal for applications with limited spacing and allows for high packing density. The SMBJ28A has a low reverse and forward leakage and a wide operating temperature range.
