The SMBJ28A is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) manufactured by Shikues that is fully RoHS compliant. It is a 2.8 V rated Zener diode with 600 W peak pulse power rating, and is capable of withstanding reverse voltages of up to 7.5kV.
