The 1N5401G is a 1.5A, 600V, semiconductor rectifier diode from Yangjie. This diode is designed for use with general purpose rectification and switching applications. It is capable of withstanding a reverse voltage of up to 600 volts, and has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 500V. The 1N5401G is constructed from solid state material, which allows it to function reliably in temperatures ranging from - 65°C to + 150°C. Additionally, due to its low power loss design, the 1N5401G has a high surge-current capability and is able to withstand high transient impulses without failure. It features low reverse recovery time, surge overload ratings of up to 1.5A and it is also RoHS compliant.
