The GBP201S is a 32-bit MCU from Yangjie with an ARM Cortex-M0 core. It features 10Kbyte of embedded flash, 384 bytes of SRAM, a CAT24C64 serial EEPROM. It has Up to 20 I/O ports, 5 each of PWM, I2C, SPI and UART interfaces. The on-chip analog IP includes 12bit ADC, 10bit DAC, comparator and temperature sensor. It offers high performance with low power consumption, making it suitable for battery powered and energy-saving applications. Its integrated power system provides low voltage operation and independent power management of the internal regulators and external power sources. With an operating voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V, it can operate across the industry’s widest temperature range of -40 to +125°C.
