KBPC804 is a 8A 800V bridge rectifier manufactured by Yangjie Electronic Co., Ltd. It is a structural module composed of four high-voltage/power rectifier diodes arranged in a bridge configuration. It features a very low forward voltage drop, a high surge current capability, a low reverse leakage current, and a high reliability. The device has an epoxy resin body coated with a UL94V-O flame retardant resin allowing thin, compact and lightweight structure. Due to its high power and voltage capability, it can be used in general purpose power conversion applications, including AC/DC and DC/AC power converters, bridge rectifiers for AC/DC power supplies, and DC/DC converters.
