Additional Infomation About Product

-3 MUR120 is part of the Yangjie-3 series of quartz crystal oscillators produced by MEMSIC, Inc. It is a low-voltage resonator with enhanced stability and low temperature coefficient. The MUR120 operates in the 200kHz to 3380MHz frequency range and features an ultra-low jitter performance of 50fs typ typical. The device is capable of producing a frequency output of up to 33MHz in 20ppm accuracy over the -40°C to85°C temperature range. It is also constructed with an integrated hermetically sealed AT package and is available in both thru hole SMD, SOP, and DIP packages.
