The MUR860 rectifying diode with through-hole terminals (THT) is manufactured by Yangjie. It is designed for use in power supplies, AC/DC rectification, motor control, and other switching applications. This diode is rated for an operating voltage of up to 600V and a peak current of 8A. The diode is packaged in a TO220AC tube-style housing for easy mounting and installation. The reverse recovery time for this diode is rated at 50ns.
