The ESD0P2RF-02LS with TVS DFN0603-2L RoHS is a 2-lead, SOT-23 package, low-capacitance, surface mount ESD protection component manufactured by Yenji. It provides an efficient protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) of high current and transient surge pulses, and has absolute values of ±8kV Human Body Model (HBM) and ±30kV Machine Model (MM) contact discharge. The 2.5pF Cgs capacitance allows for high-speed signals transmission of up to 10MHz with minimal distortion, and the built-in break-down diode prevents overvoltage from clamping. The device is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a wide range of consumer electronics and communications applications.
