ElectronicsThe LD1117-ADJ with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-223 RoHS by Youtai Electronics is a three terminal fixed and adjustable voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage. The device's on-chip, current-limited power transistor provides up to 800mA of output current with very low output voltage ripple. This device is well-suited for portable electronic equipment requiring low power dissipation and low noise. It features an integrated short-circuit current-limiting and thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device from output overload damage. The SOT-223 RoHS package provides a high power density and small physical size, making it a great choice for space-constrained applications.
