Additional Infomation About Product

The TL431S Voltage References ROHS manufactured by Youtai is a three-pin SOT-89 package that contains a voltage reference and a power adjustment (potentiometer) that allow precision adjustment of the output voltage. The device also features an independent power supply pin that allows it to be used in applications requiring a wide range of supply voltages. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant. The output range of the device is between the minimum and maximum value of 2.480 to 36 volts and its power consumption is 0.5W. It provides a current limited output for over voltage protection and excellent accuracy over temperature range.
