Additional Infomation About Product

The TDM3482C is a three-channel half-bridge MOSFET driver manufactured by Techcode. It features an integrated thermal shutdown circuit and adjustable deadtime to optimize motor performance. The device has a PPAK-8 (3x3) surface-mount package with an ROHS-compliant lead and Halogen-free construction. The TDM3482C has a high frequency, high peak output current capability to drive three MOSFETs separately or a single three-phase bridge. It also provides over-voltage protection for high-side drivers and has an adjustable fault protection threshold. The device comes with triple-channel, low-pass EMC filters that reduce noise due to common-mode and differential-mode radiation.
