The SS24 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMA (DO-214AC) RoHS manufactured by Will Semiconductor is a surface-mount, low-power, high-efficiency diode designed to protect against reverse electrical polarity and to reduce the forward voltage drop of the reverse biased diode. This diode is RoHS compliant and has maximum ratings of -30V and 200mA. The component is designed to be used in surface-mount circuit boards, and is suitable for use in numerous different applications. It provides low reverse leakage current and is capable of handling higher power dissipation than a standard diode. The SBD can be used as a rectifier, voltage multiplier, or power supply regulator.
