The WS3210C68-9/TR is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) Supervisory Circuit with CSP-9L RoHS package designed and manufactured by Will Semiconductor. This highly integrated device can supervise microprocessors, DSP, FPGA, and other voltage-regulating system components by providing reset, power-on and reset delay. It automatically notifies any failing voltage regulator, dropping below its presets voltages and provides active-low and active-high reset signals that are interconnected with the system microprocessor. The device also provides for a trusted power-on reset at a start-up and maintains a constant voltage in the system. This device is suitable for a varied range of applications such as industrial equipment, instruments, and medical instruments. It features an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant.
