Technologies InternationalThe VTI7064MSME is an 8M x 8 RAM SRAM memory chip with 64Mb capacity that is manufactured by Vilsion Technologies International. It is a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)/Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) device in a Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) package, with a footprint of 150 mils and full RoHS compliance. It is ideal for applications requiring fast read and write access speeds and wide temperature range. Its high temperature operation and low power requirements make it suitable for use in a wide range of consumer and industrial-grade electronics.
