The AOZ1282DI is a low-side N-channel MOSFET driver designed for use in automotive applications by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. The device is available in a 14-pin DIP package, and has a wide input voltage range of 6V to 18V. It has low operating current of 86uA typical, low standby current of 15uA typical, and a wide temperature range of -40C to +125C. It has protection features such as under-voltage lockout, over-voltage lockout, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and reverse voltage protection. It is suitable for driving high-current loads such as motors, relays, and valves. Furthermore, the AOZ1282DI is compliant with AEC-Q100 requirements.
