The AOZ3101DI is a feature-rich synchronous rectification controller from Alpha and Omega. It is suitable for high-efficiency power supplies, providing up to 94% efficiency. It has programmable switching frequency up to 500kHz, and can reduce input power losses with soft-start design. It can be used to control half-bridge and full-bridge synchronous rectifiers. It offers over-current protection, under-voltage lockout, over-voltage protection, and over-temperature protection. The AOZ3101DI is available in an 8-pin package, making it perfect for high-volume applications.
