THD: 114 dB at f = 10 kHz, V = 5 V IN REF GENERAL DESCRIPTION SINAD: 91 dB at f = 10 kHz, V = 5 V IN REF 1 Low power dissipation The AD7988-1/AD7988-5 are 16-bit, successive approximation, Single-supply 2.5 V operation with 1.8 V/2.5 V/3 V/5 V analog-to-digital converters (ADC) that operate from a single logic interface power supply, VDD. The AD7988-1 offers a 100 kSPS throughput, AD7988-1: 400 W at 100 kSPS (VDD only) and the AD7988-5 offers a 500 kSPS throughput. They are low 700 W at 100 kSPS (total) power, 16-bit sampling ADCs with a versatile serial interface AD7988-5: 2 mW at 500 kSPS (VDD only) port. On the CNV rising edge, they sample an analog input, 3.5 mW at 500 kSPS (total) IN+, between 0 V to VREF with respect to a ground sense, IN. 70 W at 10 kSPS (total) The reference voltage, REF, is applied externally and can be set Proprietary SPI-/QSPI-/MICROWIRE-/DSP-compatible independent of the supply voltage, VDD. serial interface The SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability to 10-lead MSOP, 10-lead 3 mm 3 mm LFCSP daisy-chain several ADCs on a single 3-wire bus using the SDI Wide operating temperature range: 40C to +125C input.
