The LT3791MPFEPBF is a high-efficiency, high-current DC/DC Buck controller from Analog Devices. It is a monolithic, high input voltage and high current, dc to dc, synchronous buck controller that operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 42V. It is able to provide up to 10A of output current in a wide range of adjustable output voltage. The embedded protections of the LT3791MPFEPBF include input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), programmable overvoltage protection (OVP), internal current limit and thermal shutdown. It also features a combination of internal control and compensation circuitry to ensure proper operation and good load and line regulation over a wide range of applications, including automotive. The LT3791MPFEPBF is available in a ultra-compact 32-pin, 5mm x 7mm, QFN package and is suitable for high switching frequency applications.
